Here is a short list of trails within 1 hour drive from Cave Creek.

For an epic ride check one of these long distance fully self-supported trails.

Maricopa Trail over 320 mile loop around the entire valley with spur trails to each Maricopa Park.

Black Canyon Trail BCT which runs North From Cave Creek to Meyer and beyond.

And with slightly longer drive the Arizona Trail starts at the Mexico border on the South and runs continuously Northish to the Utah border
